I’m Mickey Clinard. I run KMaC labs: AI consulting and training, websites, and brand development, all under one roof. I’m a Google AI Professional and an experienced project manager, and I help small business owners cut through the noise and put AI to work in ways that fit how they operate day to day.
I specialize in training small business owners and in building custom automations and optimized workflows tailored to each business. My project management experience gives me a structured approach to scoping and delivering solutions, from initial assessment through implementation. And with over 20 years of experience working alongside self-employed borrowers in the mortgage industry, I bring a ground-level understanding of the challenges small business owners face every day: time constraints, repetitive tasks, and team efficiency. I focus on the right solution for each client, not the latest trending tool.
Most of the work, it’s just me. When something calls for expertise outside my own, I bring in partners I trust rather than stretch past what I do well.
I have served on the boards of the Home Builders Association of Northwest Florida, First Tee of Northwest Florida, and Children’s Home Society.
KMaC labs takes its name from the two of us: Keisha and Mickey Clinard. It’s a small family touch that’s been built into the company from day one.
